What we do
Urgent breakdown parts
Machinery down and a part sitting on a supplier counter. We collect it and take it straight to site, including out to mine and remote locations.
Long distance and interstate
Based in Mackay and Rockhampton, but the utes go wherever the job needs. West to Rolleston and the Carmichael mine, north to the Ravenswood gold mine near Townsville, and Brisbane, Cairns or interstate on request.
Private and one-off jobs
Motorbikes, mowers, furniture, a pallet of tiles. No account needed and no minimum volume. Same phone number, same ute.

Within reason, we will carry pretty much anything.
The flat deck is 2,400 × 1,800 mm with the load strapped down, and a tonne is the ceiling on each ute. Both are measured, not rounded up to win a job. Telling you no in thirty seconds is more use than telling you yes and turning up with the wrong vehicle.
The cover is real too. Public liability to $20 million, and goods in transit to $500,000 per load — per load, not a yearly total shared across every job we run. That is what most mine sites and larger workshops want to see before they let a vehicle through the gate.

Questions we get asked
How quickly can you pick up?
Within 30 minutes of your call, in Mackay or Rockhampton. We run eight utes, four at each base, which is what makes that a standard rather than a best case. Every job is a dedicated run, so nothing waits for a truck to fill up.
How much can one ute carry?
Up to 1,000 kg per ute. The flat deck is 2,400 × 1,800 mm with the load strapped down. Both figures are measured rather than rounded up to win a job — give us the weight and rough dimensions when you ring and you will get a straight answer before anything is quoted.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Mackay and Rockhampton and deliver Australia-wide. That includes the Bowen Basin mining towns, Gladstone, Emerald and the Whitsundays, plus long-distance runs to Brisbane, Cairns and interstate on request. There are no depots and no handovers.
Do you deliver to mine sites?
Yes. Urgent breakdown parts out to site is one of the most common jobs we do, including mine and remote locations. Our cover is the part most sites ask about before a vehicle goes through the gate: public liability up to $20 million, goods in transit up to $500,000 per load.
Are you open after hours and on weekends?
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phone is genuinely answered at any hour rather than going to an after-hours voicemail, which is the point of it. Breakdowns do not keep business hours, so neither do we.
Are you insured?
Yes, under two separate policies. Public liability up to $20 million covers damage we cause to other people and their property. Goods in transit up to $500,000 per load covers the freight itself on the tray — per load, not a yearly total shared across every job we run. Both are cover limits.
Do I need an account to book?
No. There is no account to open, no minimum job and no notice required. Ring 0407 754 655 and tell us what needs moving, or send the enquiry form. Private one-off jobs are as welcome as regular workshop runs.
What does it cost?
Every job is quoted individually, because the price depends on the distance, the load and how urgent it is. Quotes are free and given on the spot when you ring, with no surprises added later. We do not publish a rate card, since a dedicated run to a mine gate and a mower across town are not the same job.
