How is pricing worked out for courier transport?

Every job is different, so we quote each one individually. The price is based on a few straightforward things:

• Distance — how far the load travels from pickup to delivery.
• Size and weight — bigger and heavier loads take more room and more restraint. The ceiling is 1,000 kg per ute on a 2,400 × 1,800 mm flat deck.
• Timing — an urgent same-day run may differ from a scheduled delivery.
• Access — whether equipment like a forklift is available at either end, and any site-specific restrictions.
