What details help a courier pickup happen quickly today?
The more we know up front, the faster a ute can be on the road. Here is what we will ask for when you ring or send an enquiry.
When you call 0407 754 655 or fill in the enquiry form, we will need a few things to get moving straight away.
What we need
- Pickup and drop-off addresses — suburb or street address, and a mobile contact at each end.
- Time windows — when it can be collected and when it needs to arrive. If there is a deadline on site, say it clearly.
- What is moving — rough weight, dimensions, and what it is: pallet, machinery part, pipe, carton, motorbike.
- Access notes — gates, loading bays, site sign-in, height limits, or any PPE requirements.
- How it gets loaded — if a forklift, pallet jack or crane is available at either end, or whether it needs to be hand-loaded.
The more detail you give, the tighter the quote — and the less chance of a surprise on either side.
If you are not sure
That is fine. Ring anyway. We will ask the right questions and you will get a straight yes or no before anything is quoted. Within reason, we carry pretty much anything that fits on a 2,400 × 1,800 mm flat deck under 1,000 kg per ute.
